First, there is Nicole; Nicole is the founder of Emerald Associates and their Lead Risk and Implementation Specialist. With over 17 years of project management, project controls and dispute avoidance/preparation expertise, she provides Functional Support expertise to their largest clients including Bruce Power, CPRail, CNRL, MMSD, and Trident Explorations to name a few. The second is Paul Jardin. Paul is their VP Integrations and has been the Technical Lead on all major integration and custom development projects taken on by Emerald. Paul has the uncanny ability to find solutions where others only see roadblocks. The third is Ian Nicholson. Ian is our VP Solutions and a Lead Risk and Implementation Specialist. With over 15 years of international experience in varied fields from manufacturing, civil construction, pharmaceutical plant construction, hospital projects and turnaround projects.
